Contact QRCodeBarn

We welcome questions about the free QR tools, reports about an issue on the site, corrections to our guides and other relevant enquiries.

Email and postal contact

The best way to contact QRCodeBarn is by email at hello@theaibarn.com. QRCodeBarn is run by The AI Barn. The postal address shown for the publisher is The AI Barn, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

We aim to reply to email within two working days. This is an aim rather than a guaranteed service level; messages requiring investigation or additional information may take longer. If you do not receive a reply, check your junk folder and, if appropriate, send a brief follow-up to the same address.

What you can contact us about

Write to us about problems using the generator or template builder, a broken page or link, a factual correction to a guide, a question about privacy or consent, or a potential partnership relevant to the site. If your message concerns personal information, explain the type of request, such as access, correction or deletion, without including more personal detail than is needed to identify the matter.

For editorial concerns, include the article address and the part that needs attention. Our Editorial Policy describes how we approach research and updates, and the Corrections Policy explains how we assess and record correction requests. You can also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy before sending a privacy-related query.

Reporting a QR code problem

To help us understand a generator problem, tell us which type of code you were making, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and which browser or device you were using. Include the relevant page address and, if useful, a screenshot of the page or error message. Please crop or cover any private information before attaching an image. Do not send a WiFi password, confidential customer details, payment data or a private destination simply to demonstrate a fault.

If a code scans incorrectly, tell us what kind of payload it contains, for example a website link, WiFi instruction or contact card, and whether the problem occurs on screen, in the downloaded image or after printing. You may describe the issue without sending the encoded content. If you choose to attach an exported image, first make sure it contains no information you would not want to share.

Why we cannot restore a code

QR codes are generated locally in your browser. The text, address, WiFi details or logo used by the generator are not sent to or stored on our server, so we cannot look up a previous code, restore its settings or send you a copy of an export. Keep a safe copy of the original information and save the image or template to your own device. If you close the page before saving, you may need to create the design again.

Privacy requests and sensitive information

If you want to ask about personal information in an email or a technical log, tell us the kind of request and the context that will help us locate it. You do not need to send identity documents or sensitive details in your first message. We may request proportionate information later if it is necessary to verify a request or protect someone else's information. We cannot provide a copy of text entered into the QR generator because those entries are processed in your browser and are not stored by the tool.

For a privacy request, please use the email address above and mark the subject clearly, for example “Privacy request”. Our Privacy Policy outlines data rights and explains how to contact the Information Commissioner's Office if you remain concerned. Please do not include passwords, financial information or full identity documents in an ordinary support email.

What to expect after you write

We will use the details in your message to understand and respond to your enquiry. We may ask a follow-up question if the reported behaviour cannot be reproduced from the information supplied. Contact messages are not a substitute for urgent support from a network provider, website host, payment provider or emergency service. If a QR code links to a website you do not control, contact that website's operator about its content or availability.

For terms governing use of the website and generator, see Terms and Conditions. For information about how we prepare and update written material, see the AI Content Policy. We appreciate concise reports that include enough context to investigate while leaving sensitive information out.
